Time is running out... why am I not out running?

Good God! Who knew I would be so tormented about getting my act together and getting this try-a-tri on the radar?! I now only have less than 4 weeks and I think I've actually GAINED weight instead of losing!

Sure, I'm being a bit hard on myself since I HAVE been doing exercise... but not even remotely the amount I had planned on!

I've had some great vacation experiences and I've been working on different little areas of my life health-wise but I have been neglecting my cardio committments... can't explain why! I KNOW the day is coming but I can't seem to stick to a plan!

Anyone else run into this in the dog days of summer?

Sept. 20 is D-Day... your encouragement means alot! I'll try to be more dilligent about my trials and tribulations from hereon in.

Another thing that's been on my mind... am I the only person who can't stand clutter? I love my husband to death but when I moved in with him, he had moved from a larger home and just never downsized. We've been considering moving to a bigger spot but the REAL problem is we are overrun by our own STUFF! We have decided to rent a dumpster and have a purging party! I think it will be therapeutic for both of us!

Anyone had a similar experience?

We can't just move away from clutter, I know it will inevitably follow us....

Let the purging begin!

Oh...  and I've been working on a cool new idea... I'll share it with you in just a couple of days!

Shauna, there are 2 days a week that you must not worry about, that is yesterday, because that is the past and tomorrow because it hasn't happened. Now get off your butt and start training, haha, I know you can do it.
