Accused Police Murderer Dead

The man charged with first degree murder in the death of OPP Constable Vu Pham is now dead.
70 year old, Fred Preston, was shot in an exchange of gunfire after Constable Pham was killed Monday north of Seaforth.
Preston had been in critical condition in London hospital ever since the shooting.
He died last night after his family decided to take him off life support.
Meanwhile, it will be another emotional day in Wingham as thousands gather for the funeral for Constable Pham.
Police officers from across the country, including about 40 officers from London will be in attendance.
Today's funeral will be held at 1 o'clock at the North Huron Wescast Community Complex.
