Shaw NOT to purchase CTV stations

Shaw Communications has backed out of it's deal to buy the Windsor and Wingham TV Stations from television giant CTV.
The deal would have seen Shaw purchase the stations for just one dollar.
But a statement issued Tuesday says Shaw nixed the deal.
The fate of the two station is now up in the air.
