Q What is the deadline for my London's Theme Song 2.0 Submission?
A The deadline is Friday March 9th at 12noon.
After which time no further videos will be accepted.

Q What are the video criteria?
A Since you are uploading to YouTube you need to follow their guidelines.
Once you edit your video, make sure it's smaller than 2GB in size, in an acceptable file format (AVI, MPEG4, MOV, WMV, FLV), and less than 15 minutes in duration.

Q How do I upload my video?
A There are a few steps before this process can be completed.
1. you must upload your video to YouTube (find instructions on how to do this here:  http://www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/answer.py?answer=57924)
2. once your video has been uploaded to YouTube, copy the embed tag code (read the how-to here: http://www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=171780)
3. now login to your BX93 iTeam account and enter your video here: http://www.bx93.com/VideoChannel/BX93CountryKaraoke/submit.aspx
4. Input your Video Title, Video text (499 characters max) and your YouTube embed tag code where asked
5. Wait for your video to be approved. (*It can take up to 48 hours*)

**Before copying your embed code from YouTube be sure to check the option "use old embed code". For example, if your code starts off with "<iframe title ..." you have not checked "use old embed code" the code should start off with "<object ..." )**

Q Can there be swearing in my song?
A We request that you bleep out any profanity. Ours is a family friendly website, so we can't have foul language on it.

Q How will the top 5 videos be selected?
A The top 5 videos will be picked by an impartial panel of NewsTalk 1290 judges. Then the Top 5 will be posted on the website at 9AM on Monday March 12th

Q How many videos can I submit?
A Only one per person.

Q How long can my video description be?
A Description must be under 499 characters long (including spaces). If your description exceeds 499 characters it will get cut off.

Q Can I edit my entry after I have already submit it?
A Once submitted, your entry is final, there is no function to go back and edit an entry.

Q Why can’t I see my video entry right away?
A All content added to our website MUST be reviewed prior to going live. Considering that anything submitted in the evening after 5 and on the weekends will not go live until the next business day.

Q Can I submit a video/photo on behalf of someone else?
A No. You must have the rights to the photo/video submitted.
