Both the men's and women's golf teams were successful at the OUA golf championships in Waterloo.

The men's team are OUA Champions after edging the Waterloo Warriors by 3 strokes at the Grey Silo Golf Club. Western's Charles Fitzsimmons was named a First Team All Star on the men's side.

The women finished in third. Jessie Mercer of the Mustangs women's team was named a Second Team All Star.

Western's Jim Waite was named OUA Men's Golf Coach of the Year.
