Mayor Fontana's Court Case Adjourned Until February 26th

Mayor Joe Fontana's case has been adjourned until February 26th. Fontana wasn't in court today, but a member of his legal team was there on his behalf. Some tempers flared as most media and members of the public were told to wait outside of the courtroom, because it's size was too small to accomodate anyone.
The defence asked for the case to be put over the seven weeks, while the two sides can discuss a resolution.
Fontana is facing charges of fraud under five thousand dollars, breach of trust by a public official, and uttering forged documents. The charges stem from 2005 when Fontana was an MP and he allegedly used government funds to pay for his sons wedding.
