Man Sought in Sexual Assault

Police are looking for a man wanted in a sexual assault investigation.
London Police say 33 year old Jesse Lee Curtis is white, with short brown hair, and 5'9. He has a goatee and a tattoo of the letter "C" on his left shoulder.
Police haven't said much about the incident itself but Curtis is being charged with sexual assault and sexual interference with a person under the age of 16.
Authorities say that the suspect and the victim knew each other, so it was not a random act.
