Distracted Driving Charges Increasing in London

London Police say distracted driving is up this year.
So far in 2012, they laid 12 hundred distracted driving charges.
Traffic Sergeant Ryan Scrivens says people just aren't getting it, they continue to use the cellphone while driving.
Scrivens says people don't feel it is dangerous, and just can't seem to put the phone down for 10 or 15 minutes while they're behind the wheel.
