Some good news this morning from London Middlesex EMS.
The funding shortfall has been corrected and Health Minister and London MPP Deb Matthews has given the ok for a one time payment of $415,000 dollars.
EMS Chief Neil Roberts says they were experiencing a mid-year funding shortfall that resulted in them getting over $262,000 dollars less than they expected.
Roberts had said the shortfall was due to a flawed provincial budget process that delays the budget information they get from the province.
He took the issue to Matthews and now it seems the situation is resolved.
