A horrible incident at CPRI in west London this Monday morning -- a facility which cares for children with psychiatric problems.

London Police received a 911 call regarding an aggravated assault that occurred at the Child and Parent Resource Institute at 600 Sanatorium Road, London. Police and Emergency Services found a 12-year-old male suffering severe trauma.  He was transported to London Health Sciences Centre and is in critical condition.

The London Police Service is searching for a male suspect, 24-year-old Gregory Thomas Simard.

He is described as a 24-year-old white male, 5’8”, slim build, clean shaven, light coloured short hair. Possibly wearing a striped t-shirt, jeans and running shoes. He is believed to be driving a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta, four door black, Ontario licence BMZL 093.
