Norfolk County Man Facing 14 Charges After Series of Indecent Acts

Members of the OPP have concluded their investigation into numerous indecent acts around Oxford County, and now a Norfolk County man is facing 14 charges.
Between March 2011 and September 2011, calls were made to police about a male exposing himself to females and performing lewd acts in public places.
With the assistance of the OPP Forensic Artist, a sketch was completed which greatly assisted in the identification of the suspect.
23 year old Francisco Janzen Wall of Norfolk County is charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
7 counts of Indecent Act
7 counts of Exposing Genitals to a Person Under 16 years old
