8/15/2012

Police are seeking the public's help in tracking down vaccination records after a dog bit a pedestrian in the city's west end.

It happened around 4:30 pm yesterday in the area of Boler Road and Commissioner Road West.

The victim was walking on a sidewalk when she approached a female travelling in a motorized wheelchair that had three small dogs with her all were on leashes, a white miniature poodle, a black Shitzhu and a white and brown Shitzhu puppy.

The victim asked if she could pet the dogs, the owner said yes, and the woman was bit by the white miniature poodle on her left hand.

Police would like to find the owner of the dog to determine its vaccination record.

The female was described as a white female with a heavier build, approximately 65-years-old, with short grey hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call London Police or Crimestoppers.
