Police Arrest 12 in Drug Raids

London Police together with the RCMP and OPP arrested 12 people during some early morning raids today.
110 officers converged on six addresses, to uncover a huge amount of drugs, weapons, ammunition, five vehicles and over 72-thousand dollars in cash.
It was a large stash of cocaine uncovered -1,730 grams, 90 grams of marijuana and other drugs.
Four firearms were seized including a revolver, semi-automatic pistol, and 1 sawed off shotgun as well as a butterfly knife.
Deputy Chief Brent Shea says they started "Project O-Bunker" last fall and today's 12 arrests are part of a total of 37 for the project.
One of the 12 people arrested was a 27 year old man who had been on London's Most Wanted list for 2 years.
