Brownsville Man Charged with Cruelty to Animals

Woodstock police have laid charges after a dog was left in a vehicle.
Police were called yesterday afternoon after a little Shitzu was left in a pickup in the parking lot of the hospital for about 45 minutes in 30 degree heat.
Police removed the dog out of the vehicle and it is doing fine, but the owner, a Brownsville man has been charged with cruelty to animals.
Once again, police are warning people not to leave dogs in vehicles.
